The processing of Agri-protech liquid manure was submitted to the commission hygiene of Finistère on May 14, 1998
This process led to separate the liquid manure in two products, on the one hand a compost and on the other hand a deodorized liquid.
The proportion of nitrogen in the liquid phase can be adjusted with the needs for the breeding.
The system set up by Yves Hostis of the Prestor grouping was tested by the agricultural EDE-room agriculture of Finistère.

Agri-PROTECH associates a powerful bacteria treatment a separation of phases of the liquid manure by sifting and decantation.
The solid part is perforated then exported.
The liquid, completely deodorized, is épandu on the exploitation.

ELISE AN EFFECTIVE COMPLEX BACTERIEN

Elyse, the bacterial complex used by Agri-PROTECH, consists of 5 lactobacilles and 4 bacilli (deposited at the Pasteur institute).
The bacteria use ammoniacal nitrogen of the liquid manure to produce proteins.
These proteins, insoluble, are recovered by sifting then decantation.
Moreover, Elyse deodorizes the liquid manure.

70 % OF NITROGEN and 95 % OF PHOSPHORUS EXPORT

The solid part recovered by sifting and decantation contains from 60 to 80 % of nitrogen and 95 % of phosphorus.
It is perforated then exported.
The liquid part does not contain any more that 20 to 40 % of nitrogen and 5 % of initial phosphorus.
It is distributed on the exploitation.
The plan of spreading is thus reduced of more than 70 %.
These results were validated by the EDE of Finistère.
